Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

🎨 Intellectual Property All things Drippy Cat — logos, designs, tee names, surreal cat graphics, product copy, and general unhinged energy — are our original work and belong exclusively to Drippy Cat. Reproducing, copying, reselling, or redistributing our designs without express written permission may result in bad karma, legal action, or both. You've been warned.

Users may not screenshot, reproduce, or commercially exploit Drippy Cat's original graphic designs without written permission.

🔐 Your Responsibilities By using our site you confirm that you are of legal age or have parental consent to make purchases. Keep your account credentials safe — if someone orders 12 tees on your account and blames "the cat made me do it," that's on you. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, transmit malicious code, or violate any applicable laws.

📦 Product Information We do our best to keep product descriptions, pricing, sizing, and images accurate. However, slight color variations between screen and print are normal and inherent to the printing process — not considered defects. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions before or after your order is placed.

🧾 Order Acceptance & Pricing Adding to cart is an offer. We usually accept — unless the vibes are off. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we won't alter a confirmed order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or inventory issues.

💳 Payment We accept all major Indian payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery where available. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your card or UPI details are never stored on our servers. Drippy? Yes. Fraudulent? Absolutely not.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. We do our best to get your drip to you on time, but we can't control BlueDart, the weather, or Mercury retrograde.

🚫 No Returns, No Regrets All sales are final. Our tees are made-to-order and can't handle rejection. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Full details in our Refund Policy.

🕵️ Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. TL;DR: We won't sell your data to creepy companies. You're safe with us.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product involved in the transaction.
