You've placed your order and you're already refreshing the tracking page. We see you. Here's how it works:

⏳ Order Processing Every tee is made-to-order — printed fresh, just for you. We send your order to production within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Production takes 3–5 business days via our fulfillment partner.

🚚 Delivery Time Once dispatched, BlueDart will get it to you in 2–5 business days depending on your location. Total estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from order confirmation. No teleportation yet. Working on it.

💸 Shipping Charges Shipping is FREE across India on all orders. No hidden charges. What you see is what you pay.

📦 Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. Can't find it? Check your spam folder. Still missing? DM us on Instagram and we'll sort it out.

😬 Delays? Sometimes life happens — weather, BlueDart drama, printer tantrums. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out and we'll chase it down. Note: Delays occurring after dispatch are managed by the courier and do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

❌ Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us. Once sent to production, cancellation is not possible — your tee is already being made. Triple-check before hitting "Place Order" like your rent depends on it.

💔 Wrong Address? Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. If your parcel goes on its own spiritual journey due to a wrong address, we sadly can't take responsibility. For address corrections, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Incorrect addresses may lead to delivery failure, return to origin, or additional logistics costs borne by the customer.

🔄 Undelivered / RTO Orders If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, or refusal — re-shipping is available at your expense upon request. We'll attempt re-delivery up to two times.

COD Refusals Repeated refusal of COD deliveries without valid reason will result in COD privileges being revoked for future orders. We don't make the rules. (We do, actually.)

📦 Delivery Verification We recommend receiving your parcel personally or through a trusted individual. If the package appears tampered with, opened, or damaged upon arrival — refuse delivery or report it to the courier representative immediately. Acceptance of a parcel without reporting visible damage at the time of delivery will be treated as successful delivery in good condition.

🌪️ Force Majeure Drippy Cat shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, or courier disruptions. We'll still do our best to keep you updated.

📋 Policy Updates Drippy Cat reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
